I already put my helmet ready for the barbs you guys will sling. It is quite intriquing to think what this team might be with Favre if he even played close to how he is playing in Minny

yeah i really couldnt care less. they wouldnt win a superbowl and would be just another year further away.

trust me favre will breakdown in minnesota. there is a reason he hasnt won since what 1996? whats that 13 years of nothing from him other than drama and douchebag bandwagon fans.

A better question could be how would Sanchez be playing with Adrian Peterson on his team...

The Vikings have a better team than the Jets, that seems obvious. The Jets run the ball more often, for more yards, and for a better average than the Vikings though. Now we did play against the Bills, but they've faced both Cleveland and St. Lious who are equally as bad at stopping the run.

My guess is that Favre would have a worse TD/INT ratio here but we'd probably have won 1 more game.

Look at favre did with the Packers, Look at what he's doing with the Vikings. Isn't it obvious that where just a terrible franchise with underachieving players ? We will make any great player look bad.

hurt his arm and on the madden cover maybe...

jenkins was a great player in Carolina. Two time all pro, made a pro bowl with the Jets and was the best player on the defense since he got here.

    don't give me that shit.

I'm sure the Vikings have some room on their bandwagon.

Favre's accomplishments this year have nothing to do with last year or the NYJ this year. Favre is showing what he can do when he 1) isn't injured 2) knows the system 3) (I assume) the play-calling isn't retarded. All three of those factors were jeapordized at some point when he was here in 2008.

With that being said, Favre has plenty of time to fuck it all up.

Maybe you should have looked at what he did here.. Favre played fine until he injured himself. He's an old man, he's going to break down as the season goes on.. he did it last year and '06, and '05. The better question would be, where would this years team be week 12 w Brett Favre at helm?

And Minnesota is one of the most complete teams in the league, with extremely talented players on both sides of the ball. Of course he's going to have more success there. Quit being such a negative nancy.

He's passing close to that percentage anyway this year....with a lead, against a defense allowing 9 yards a carry, and in a 35 MPH wind. We don't need to blame Favre for that.

Don't forget Thomas Jones. Career highs in total yardage, TDs, and YPC all came when he led the AFC in rushing last season as a Jet.
