Did you guys see his post-game comments ? He sounded and acted like the Jets had lost....or he was injured and concerned....or PO'd at Rex for the whole job security thing.

I've seen every post-game commentary by Sanchez and outside of the Buffalo game last year and the Pats game 2 weeks ago, he's always 'up.' Hell, even after the Indy loss in the AFC CG.

    Absolutely and I blame Shottenfrued
Go ahead and flame away but Shotty has done nothing but bash him for over celebrating and getting happy and all this shit.

Ever notice after a TD you see Cavanaugh stop Mark on the sideline to talk to him and Mark has this face like Jesus fukin Christ enough already?

They are absolutely taking all the joy of playing away for Mark.

I'm glad you started this thread because It has been something that I had noticed during the games.

Don't believe me? Watch the game winning TD vs the TEXANS, it's a fukin joke how Mark looks when he's on the sideline.

I think he was just in shock that his completion percentage was above 50% against the steelers.

Or maybe that schotty actually gave him a halfway decent gameplan.
    Probably a combo of both.
In hope he's starting to realize what he needs to do to be great

I thought the same. He did seem pretty down. Could have been cause of the cold. I don't know. Hard to tell.

Peyton and Brady always look like miserable fucks even when they're winning. I don't care how happy Mark is as long as he's playing well, and I'd frankly be delighted if he becomes one of those guys who constantly beats himself up to do better even when he's already doing great. I don't want to be his buddy, I want him to win things for my laundry.

I second this, if he's going to develop into one of the "quest for perfection" QB's even when he's playing out of this world, I'd be a REALLY happy Jets fan. I'm pretty sure we all would be.

Maybe now that he has some experience he knows not to get too up after a win and too down after a loss?

He was subdued and business-like. I won't read too much into it.

I think they should hire a team of doctors to run some brain scans on him.

A full lobotomy may be in order.

He was probably thinking, damn, my throwing shoulder is pretty fucking sore and I have Julius Peppers vs. Wayne Hunter next week. Either that or Schotty is the root of all evil.

Although its parts of their jobs, imagine getting the piss beat out of you for 60 minutes then having to stand in front of a bunch of idiots who ask (mostly) absurd questions and expect an answer - I wouldn't be looking too happy either.
