Have the game times been released yet. I know the jets are not at 8.

They are trying to get the Jets game moved to the BBC.

The BBC wouldn't take the game, but it has been move to 4:15pm on CBS.

Busy day next Sunday, the Pats defeat Buffalo at 1:00 and then the JETS defeat Miami at 4:15. The Pats then become the 3rd seed in the playoffs and AFC East champs, again.

I just have to say (gulp!) GO JETS!!!!!

Thanks -- I didnt see that mentioned anywhere (as of one minute ago its not on NFL.com or the jets website) -- but it makes sense -- although -- Giants v. Vikings at 4 -- so the jets can play at 1 in the "sunshine" also would make sense.

ProFootballTalk.com says it's a distinct possibility. My apologies for it not being finaized yet but what other way would the NFL play it?

Giants could go at 4 -- indoors.

Do Baltimore and Washington play opposite each other every week? It could be that all three games (NE, BALT and JETs) could be played simultaneously

Giants and Jets will never play at the same time so if the giants are a 4pm lock jets would be at 1 -- which makes no sense since the Giants will probably rest people and will make for a crappy national game

Right. But no decision has been made. You would think that CBS would want the jets at 4 b/c regardless -- it will be an important game for at least the Dolphins -- and the jets will know by then if NE/Balt lost. (Like the GB v. Jets game a few years ago).

I went to the game bummed that it was meaningless -- and the stadium was half empty. NE kicked the FG, place went nuts, stadium filled and we beat GB (and whoever their QB was).

Who said the Giants were a 4pm lock? nfl.com is currently showing both Giants and Jets as 1pm. One of those will have to be moved, and my guess is CBS will want to move Jets to replace SD-Denver which had been scheduled for 4pm.

Further, Fox already has 2 4pm games in Sea-Ari and Was-SF. Can't see them getting another 4pm game.

plus the san diego / denver game was CBS' late double header game -- the only other game worth moving would be jets/miami -- farve last game a as a pro

I recall sitting in the parking lot -- yelling at the tv that Michael Vick could not score from 4 times from the one.

    Jets/Dolphins to 4:15pm per ESPN:

NEW YORK -- The Miami Dolphins will try to wrap up the AFC East title against the New York Jets at 4:15 p.m. on Sunday.

The NFL announced the starting times for its final week games Monday under the "flex scheduling" system that allows it to put more attractive games in the later starting times.
