The other thing he said of interest was about Brady agreeing to restructure his contract. Brady actually makes a lot less per season than other franchise Qbs. He opted for a deal with more guaranteed money but even restructured that recently. But Kraft said something to the effect that if Brady hadn't agreed to that he might not still be with the Patriots. It was a complete surprise when he said it but he did say that.
Brady could play for free and his family would still be filthy rich. His wife makes way more than any NFL player.

Blank apologised because they were guilty. It hasn't been proven that NE actually did anything against the rules and the more info that leaks makes it look like nothing will be found or even did happen. Why would Kraft apologize if his organization did nothing wrong? That's pretty dumb. I'd expect an apology too.
