What comes first.. The OC or the QB?

    The Cart is put before the Horse
    cman

    discussion is fairly useless:/
    Because these guys like everyone else puts the cart before the horse

    so who makes DECISIONS is the horse

    And sorry to say we are fucked in the brain trust dept..you can forget about a smart outcome..sorry from the Darkside:(

    It’s both, you need the right OC to develop the QB.

    Bruce Arian- Big Ben
    Dabol-Allen/ Jones
    Walsh-Montana
    Norv-Aikman

    Bellicheck- Brady


    However at some point the QB should have enough experience that he doesn’t really need the OC, he becomes the captain on field guiding everyone else and being the difference maker when needed.

    There are advantages both ways, but I lean toward OC first.
    Any good, experienced coach, will want to be part of any QB decision-making process.
    Of course, any good, experienced coach, will make adjustments to maximize whoever their QB is.

    I mean free agency isn’t starting for another 2 months or so, I would kinda hope we have an OC in place before then…

    Don't know which comes first, but knowing the Jets, they will probably both finish last.
