Keith Brooking has been just as consistent as Abe and lot healthier.

How old is Brooking, isn't he getting older? If he is, no thanks. I would much rather get a younger player around Abraham's age. Demorio Williams wouldn't be a bad pick-up though, if they package their 2nd rounder.

No way. He is on the downside of his career while Abe is in his prime.

Sign me up for the 2nd and Demorrio Williams...I do give credit to McKay/Mora Jr. for having viable replacments if they were to trade Williams in Michael Boley and Jordan Beck...They also are getting back Ed Hartwell from injury...

    Brooking will retire a Falcon

Brooking has played his entire life in Atlanta (high school, college, and pros). Not to mention he's coming off the best season of his career last year despite being moved from WLB (his natural position) to MLB when Ed Hartwell was hurt.

I don't think the Falcons would do it.

Abraham hates your team, he's probably hoping your GM drops dead while Brooking loves playing for atlanta and is the defensive captain. BIG difference between the two players.

He doesn't hate our GM...he just wants a long term deal...believe me if the FO gave him one he would be ecstatic

Why don't you stop coming up with unrealistic trade scenarios that you think make sense but have no chance of ever happening? This one doesn't even make sense.

As a Falcon fan, Brooking for JAbe straight up wouldn't be too bad but he is probably a year or so past his prime though, but he is a leader and is very smart on the field.
    Trade favors: Falcons

Demo Williams & 2nd Rounder: This one is pretty interesting. Demo is a bullet in the LB corps and has a really good future. I'd still do this as well. Jets fans would love watching this 'burner' in the LB corps!
Trade favors: Both Teams This seems like a darned good trade.

Allen Rossum & 2nd Rounder: Jets get the fastest punt/kickoff return guy in the NFL and a second round pick. He's an elite special teams playmaker.
Trade Favors: TBD, but could favor Jets if Rossum stays healthy.

Yesterday I said that I wouldn't take the 2nd and Demo, but the more I read about him, the more I think this would be a good deal.

thats a good deal for you and MUCH better than what seattle is offering. Demo can be a starter in a 3-4 scheme due to his quick speed and you can still draft impact players with a 2nd round pick (47th overall).
