Just a point i wanted to bring up. How much i love todd bowles and how prepped and disciplined he has this team compared to rex.
with rex we were 1-4 after byes including losing to the Bills 38-3 and losing to the Jags. You remember how dreadful the games after the bye would be , we would look like were still on vacation.

just another reason why i love the direction of this team and what todd is doing

thank you guys enjoy another great WIN

and lets beat the fucking pats next week!

It was a good thing to win after the bye. They didn't play a perfect game by any stretch but the D looked solid and despite a few early mistakes the team settled down. I noticed some big time half time adjustments. That was key for me. It was kind of a bad game but they came out of the lockerroom on fire to start the 2nd half. Not sure what Bowles said but it sure is nice to have a team that can move the ball when they have to.

I mentioned this in the long Skins thread. We lost 5 of 6 games with Fatass after the bye.

So far with TB, we've already tied our win total after the bye after only 5 total games hahaha.

21 points allowed in the 2nd half of the 5 games.

If we are not on it in the first half vs the Patriots we could be 21 points down or more at the half the way their Offence is playing.

Usually I think these stats are BS, e.g. Jets have never beat the Eagles, before this game they have never beat the REdskins at home etc. But I actually have to lend some credence to the bye week one, being partly on the coach, especially when you lookat who their opponents were the last 6 years.

Not for nothing but the 1st half yesterday was not impressive. Im more impressed with how Bowles adjusts at halftime. That is where him and Rex dont compare.

There is hope now that if the team is flat early they will wake up eventually. That usually wasnt the case with Rex's teams here and that seems to be the case in Buffalo too.

Fact is if we didnt dig our hole as big as we did against Philly , we'd be 5-0.

Making adjustments and playing well in the 2nd half of games (even in the Eagles game they really stabilized after a bad 1st half), and ultimately looking good after the bye week are two of the most encouraging things about this new coaching staff. Really love it.
