the guys who make the draft picks stink----Stephen hill--dee milliner---bush--ganaway--coples is so so----mo wilk and Richardson are very good----winters is so so
jets traded the fourth pick for ivory---a good move----the jets 5th and 6th picks have been inactive all season-----t bow the 7th pick is so so

jets need to upgrade the skill positions to score points-----I would trade our 1st pick for the best wr we could get------I would trade our 2nd pick for the next best wr I would trade our 3rd pick for a TE----and the 3rd round pick from tampa for another wr or TE

we can upgrade our skill positions using guys who have been in the nfl several years and can play ball----our guys are awful------maybe one guy that we would have drafted might be ok

we still need a qb-----the compensation picks cannot be traded-----but we can trade our 4 thru 7 for ol ---db----anyone who can play-------instead of drafting 10 guys----getting all excited and wind up with a bunch of no bodies

    say what??

Stephen Hill was a Sporano/Tanny pick...This one is very bad

Dee Milliner was the right pick, but everyone missed here...He is so bad

Coples dropped to us and he has been playing better

    Richardson is a steal

    Wilkerson is a steal

Winters has been good for his value

Well the people making the picks and scouting is different. We had to go with the old scouts because Idzik got the job so close to the draft but Im pretty sure its mostly new personnel doing the scouting.

Its tough to tell how we will draft going forward as it will be a new set of eyes doing the scouting.

if only people can give dee a chance, he stunk up the joint yesterday but showed signs of improvement as he was attacking the ball more and was playing the ball instead of the man a little more. also he was turning his head which is nice to see

overall you must not know much about this draft class because trust me, you'll want to keep the draft picks

    trade picks

    JIL

i'm not feeling ok-----the last 3 losses plus the bombings in cincy---Tennessee--pitt have made me aware of how bad our scouts are and how many years it would take for us to be close to the top again

jets have very bad talent--need to do something to get to the top ----kc did it overnite cards did it with carson palmer-----do you want to go into next year with nelson--salas--as our wr??? kerley is ok but they all get injured-----holmes missed most of the season
winslow is prob on a one year contract-----the ol is falling apart------geno is worse than sanchez-----can you take geno next year-------we have no one to throw the ball and no one to catch the ball-----goodson was a good pickup but he got injured----ivory is good but needs a better ol and wr who can catch

if we just draft maybe get one guy who can play-----i'd get rid of all our college scouts and trade our draft choices for guys who can play

when was the last time we got four good guys from the same draft------jets need bunches of ball players

Yeah it's Bugs on hysteria, which is where I think most Jets fans are right now. I'm hysterical too but that's because hysteria is the most communicable disease people have ever run into.

Its players like Stephen Hill that set this franchise back. How many WR's have been considered busts? few, I rarely hear of a WR being a bust. WR's make the transition to the NFL quickly and rather easily. The fact that we drafted this guy was a joke, he was very questionable out of college. If you look at the draft to, the other potential WRs that were drafted after Stephen Hill are unreal:

    Alshon Jefferey
    Ryan Broyles
    Mohamed Sanu
    TY Hilton
    Rueben Randle

The fact we drafted this guy in the 2nd round is disgraceful, blame Tannenbaum though.

    right there with ya bro:up:

the jet whiffs of recent drafts have been that much more magnified due to the aggressive approach of the prior GM. unfortunately our draft succeses have been too few and far between and the product of this imbalance is what we are seeing on the field today. its all cyclical so better times are ahead, eventually. the trick is to be patient, stay away from the windows, and hope they occur sooner rather than later.

it would be nice if we could wake up and c a quick turnaround like the colts, chiefs, and panthers.

    Worst thread ever...
Anyone who talks about a draft pick still in their rookie contract as a "bust" is insane.
We draft an offensive lineman and wr/te this year it will pay dividends with whichever quarterback we keep going forward.

Can't agree with declaring Milliner a bust. Thats one tough position to play as a rookie particularly in man to man coverage.

Nexts years need starts with a QB. Without that, we are screwed no matter who the hell we draft offensively.

Draft picks need more than a HALF SEASON to emerge. WTF? We haven't even found our franchize QB yet. Stephen Hill on the Saints probably has triple the production. Trading away picks is what killed our team depth under Tanny and you want to repeat that again? Do people actually think about the things they post or is it just raging fits of anger.
