Should the Jets look to pick him up? He shouldn't be too expensive, he's young, and had potential. Add to that, we could use WR help. Any thoughts?
I don't think that I would blame him for wanting the ball more. He's in an offense with Calvin Johnson and Mathew Stafford. A lot of the time Stafford is just flinging the ball up there to Calvin no matter what the coverage. Also, it can't feel too good to have your team go out and say that they will drop everything in order to help Calvin break the record. How would you feel if your team says that they wont be throwing you the ball because they want your teammate to break a record? I know it was the end.of the season and all, but you shouldn't give up like that.
He'll probably be what, the 3rd/4th receiver here with either a journeyman QB or Sanchez? He's not getting the ball here especially with Holmes. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...s-young-for-sabotaging-their-passing-offense/ The above was on Thanksgiving day. Well before the Lions were chasing the record. And of course I would blame him for lining up in the wrong spot on purpose! You want the ball more, you go to the coach/QB and say, "hey look I'm going to be open, look for me they are focused on Calvin". You don't go sabatoging the offense and starting fights in practice! He can complain he doesn't get the ball enough but there is a constructive way to do it. He didn't do it the constructive way and of course we blame him for that.
Oh god fucking no! We have idiots wanting to run Holmes out of town because of the first down drop. Trying to bring in the guy who purposely lined up wrong to get the ball to himself would be a fucking nightmare here.
This dude Titus young is an idiot. The last thing the jets need is another guy with character issues. He publicly shitted on one team. He'll do it again and at the rate he's going I wouldn't be suprised if he's out of the nfl next season. No one wants a cancer like that on their team
I know plenty of Boise State fans and when they hate the guy you know there is an issue. Let him be somebody else's malcontent.
No, just No. This guy is worse than Holmes in terms of onfield pouting, bickering, and off the field fighting as well. I wouldn't want anything to do with him. The Lions need a 2nd good WR like anything, and if they are willing to let this guy go, it tells you something. It's just asking for trouble.
Isn't this the guy that put "Sr." on the back of his jersey after he named his kid after himself? Who the hell does that?
If you can't get open with Calvin Johnson attracting double and triple coverage every play, you really suck. I say no to this guy.
Idk what the fuck this guy's problem is but if he ever chills out (he will) some team will snag him. 400 yds, 4 tds and 600 yds, 6tds. Some team will be salivating to get him thinking that he will translate into 1500 yds 15 tds.
Lions just waived him: http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...ste-no-time-in-parting-ways-with-titus-young/ CLAIM THIS BEAST! :breakdance:
FUCK NO! 1. We already have Kerley and Holmes. 2. He's a fucking clown and god knows we don't need any of those!
