I know the Lions and Cowboys wear throwbacks on Thanksgiving just seeing if anyone knows if the Jets will wear the Titans jerseys. Don't know about you guys but I like them, but whatever works for a win.

And for all of those whose talk about Tennessee and the blah blah blah crap, talk to your fathers about the team's history and you may discover it started before the 1980's. PS, I hated the 80's uniforms. And, yes, I know the plane/plane thing was early on, but still, it,s stupid. Kind of like Buffalo's cow just standing there. I'm not angry. The planes are stupid. The 80's logos are bad, ugly and stupid. When did you become a JETS fan. I don't mean when did your Dad tell you you were a JETS fan but when did you become one?
I remember hearing long before the season started, that the Jets wouldn't be using any throwbacks this year.
I think busting out the 80's jerseys would be sick. I like the Titan unis but it looks weird seeing it peppered into a stadium filled with jets gear and a jets field. The original plane logo looks pretty cartoon but also super old school. I actually own a hat with it, but on the field it would look pretty weak.
I will just put it this way... I was in attendance the day Marino and O'Brien threw for over 900 yards. I'm close to 3 decades of following this team. Trust me, I didn't start rooting for the Jets in 1998. I suffered through the Browns OT playoff game to Doug Brien and Herm sabatoging our playoff win in Pittsburgh. If we were still called the Titans you have a point, sorry we're the Jets... airplanes are our things. We didn't even win the SB as the Titans, we were the Jets. Just the way it is.
This franchise was the Titans for three seasons and played their games in the old decrepit Polo Grounds before ridiculously small crowds. This franchise has been the Jets and its colors have been green and white for 49 years. My father became a Jets fan in the 60s when Namath joined the team and I began rooting for the team in 1966. My father never gave a crap about the Titans. The Titans are a pimple on the ass of the history of the Jets and the uniforms are not only ugly, but are a completely different color scheme. It is absurd that a team plays at home and wears blue and gold in celebration of three measly crummy years of its history before a fan base decked out in green and white. I hope they never wear those awful Titans unis again.

No. The Jets have no plans in the works for throwbacks, nor do the Patriots. The Thanksgiving night game traditionally hasn't used throwbacks.
