Thought u couldn't lung at a QB's legs

    when on the ground...or that's just for Brady?...ridiculous...

    You can when it's anyone other than Brady or Peyton.

    you can lunge at the qb's legs

    you can't drive through his legs with your head or shoulder

    read the rule book once in a while

    Nope. "The clarification specifically prohibits a defender on the ground who hasn't been blocked or fouled directly into the quarterback from lunging or diving at the quarterback's lower legs."

    It rarely gets called, didn't in the JAX game either, but they could have thrown it if they wanted. They rarely throw it anymore. They usually miscall it most of the time becuase a player is blocked into it.
