I don't know how everybody feels about him but for me he is just straight into the line runner. He never sees the holes open up how do u get stuff three straight times on the run from the one yard line. To me that was the true test if we were ready to compete with the Pats. And obviously were not not to mention
Tom Bradys absence and still can't get the job done.We should of drafted D Mac for all the people who were like vernon gholston this and that now look same ole sad running game. When will we learn??

he is a north to south runner like curtis martin was, what do you expect?

washington will go outside the tackles, jones will stay inside the tackles

he is doing what he's been asked to do

Ummm first off new line second new Qb third no more Chad penningtons weak arm as an excuse why the running game isn't up to par 4th no tom brady in the game too say he beat up and last but not least 1 2 3 chances from the one yard line and no td sounds like a weak running back to me.. U see lamont Jordan now thas a Running Back we need.when u get to goaline u muscule it in and for a north south runner like thomas ur forte should be trucking peopleinstead he tippy toes a lot. How many excuses can u create?

Gotta agree. Jones looks good. Our play calling is about as bad as it can get though.

After watching this game Thomas Jones is the least of our worries. He's been playing well so far...

WHY do they keep running up the middle when they consistantly get huge gains up the sidelines???

He was our only offense today for a good portion of the game. He is having a good year so far.

Jones is the LEAST worry of the entire offensive unit.

    Other than Jones:

Faneca missed a block on Favre sack. He, of all linemen, shouldn't be doing that.
Woody. Thanks for the back-to-back 1st and 20 situation. You are a playing like a doggie doodoo.
Leon. I can't fault Leon on the 20 yard sack - It's gotta go to the offensive call.
DBrick. Looking like the same bust he was last year. Can't keep Seymour off on a running play.
Cotchery and Coles. How many TD catches have you guys got? Can you BEAT anyone? I didn't think so.

It's Jones' fault the o-line can't block. It's Jones' fault the o-line holds. It's Jones' fault our playcalling sucks.

Jones is fine. It's going to take awhile for the line to jell and Hackett sucks. I mean Schotty sucks.
