You can't make it up. The Skins were written off as dead in the first few weeks, the mainstream media were sucking Chip Kelly and Tony Romo and Eli Manning's dicks like they were professional fluffers. The one team none of those idiots gave a chance to was the Washington team. I'm loving this.
Could be a changing of the guard in the NFC East. Cousins looks like the real deal (although a lot of QB's are the real deal against the Philly defense)..even still he has the targets to be very successful and their defense has some nice pieces too. Just gotta improve their secondary a little. Who knows if Romo ever stays healthy for a full season again. And the Eagles and Giants are inconsistent more times than not. Washington could take advantage.
Kirk Cousins looking like a future franchise QB 20-3 TD/INT ratio since YOU LIKE THAT game. Marshall does have competition for dumbest play of the year with Cousins' half ending knee in Eagles red zone with 6 seconds left.
6th time in 7 years they have missed the playoffs.. if it wasn't for the shit division, it would be 7 straight.
Heard on WCBS 88 radio that the Giants-Eagles game this Sunday will have something at stake: the loser of this game has to play a game in London in 2016. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on...eagles-will-have-a-lot-on-the-line-in-week-17 Loser goes to London: Giants-Eagles will have a lot on the line in Week 17 By John Breech | CBSSports.com December 28, 2015 3:36 pm EST The Giants and Eagles were eliminated from playoff contention over the weekend, so it would seem their Week 17 game in New York would be meaningless. However, that's not the case. Thanks to a quirk in the NFL's 2016 schedule, the loser of Sunday's game will get a free trip to London next season. You read that right, this Sunday's game between the Giants and Eagles will be the NFL's first-ever, "Loser goes to London." Here's how that happened: When the NFL announced the three games that would be played in London next year, they left one of the games up in the air. The Colts know they'll play the Jaguars in Week 4. The Bengals know they'll play the Redskins in Week 8. However, the Rams weren't told who they'd be playing, only that it would be an NFC East team and the game would take place in Week 7. The Rams are scheduled to play the NFC East team that finishes in the same spot as St. Louis in the NFC West. Since the Rams will finish the 2015 season as the third place team in the NFC West, that means, for the London game, the Rams will play the team that finishes third in the NFC East. That team will be Sunday's Giants-Eagles loser. The NFL didn't do this on purpose, but maybe they should have. The WWE/WWF used to hold a "Loser Leaves Town" match every so often and they were very popular. Talk about adding some excitement to a game with zero playoff implications. Maybe the NFL should've flexed Giants-Eagles to Sunday night. The 2016 London schedule will be set after the Giants-Eagles game Sunday. (USA)
by the way, the NFL was dumb announcing the Rams would play the NFC east team in London before the season was over. What if the Skins had finished in the same spot as the Rams? Surely they wouldn't have sent the Skins to London twice in one season! right?
They left out is the most important thing ... The "winner" of the game gets to play @Seattle instead. Why win??
