actually we're doing a vote on that now 1) 12, 13, 14 game seasons(12 games allows for 6 div games with 2 games vs. each div., 13 games allows for everyone to play either 7-10 outside division, 14 games allows for 2 games in division and 8 outside division games(2 divisions) 12 game season(w/ bye week) 6 - div games 2 - vs. div 1 2 - vs. div 2 2 - vs. div 3 13 game season 3 - div games 4 - vs. div 1 4 - vs. div 2 2 - vs. div 3 14 game season 3/6 - div games 4 - vs. div 1 4 - vs. div 2 3/0 vs. div 3 2) Keep 8 playoff teams or move to 6(keep it to minority of teams that get in) or 7 teams. I didnt vote before and I dont really care if anyone sees it or not so: 1. 14 2. Keep 8 3 & 3a. The min and max should be the same. Everyone should have to keep 4 players. This way there are still some good players in the draft. 4. I would keep the bench as is but add an extra starter. 5. by adding a RB/WR

How will free agency work with all the teams being deleted? When can we start picking up and trading players?
only the 4 vacant teams will be deleted so don't mind them, FA won't start till after the draft, you can trade players no draft picks.
With 4 teams being deleted....Players like Peyton,Harrison & Edge are on the free agency list. I really don't think it should be first come first serve. Free agency should happen after we draft,they should be added to the draft list. Unless you just draft rookies.
That's why FA is disabled, the draft involves all players not kept on rosters from vets to rookies. So to sum things up: trading is active with no draft picks keeper cut-off is coming soon sometime after NFL draft we will have league draft FA is reinstated
