My best friend of 20 years has been a Broncos fan for life (he named his son Elway, if that tells you anything) Its his party, but he had several pans of wings for our fantasy draft last year from a local joint, so I imagine more of the same.

Few dozen oysters on the grill to start, along with the usual sashimi (yellowfin) and hopefully tako (octopus). Really hope I have time to fish and try catch something I can add to the grill as well. Smokin' a Tri tip and pork butt, than setting up a build your own taco station with all the fixings. Might use some of the pork for nachos. Also doing an 8 hour turkey chili in the crockpot to sober up a bit after the game. That's what I'm making, not sure what everyone else is bringing to my house (potluck style).

Oh and for brew, Sierra Nevada's Torpedo IPA sounds good.

Some ribs, wings and penne vodka. Definitely some Heineken and Sierra Nevada will be in attendance. And I think mr. Jäger will make a surprise appearance as well

I go to a friends house and they usually do food from both cities on their menu, I am in charge of beer so I'll get some good Northwest Microbrew maybe like a Rogue or Full Sail and then I'll find a good Colorado Beer (like Coors Light.....lol)

Last year I found some Maryland Old Bay seasoned Herr's Chips but I couldn't find any Natty Bo out West so I just did some Humboldt County from NorCal.

That's a cool theme, gotta try someday!

Also Rogue is a good brew but can be expensive. I suggest anything from Deschutes Brewery. They currently have their Red Chair IPA out, one of my faves!

Wings, pulled pork, garlic bread and maybe quesadillas.

To drink not really sure yet, all I have in the beer fridge is Sleeman Original which isn't bad.

Am actually not BBQing this year.

For dinner I'm making Paella Valenciana. Me and the GF went to Spain last year, so my kids bought me a nice paella pan for Christmas and have been wanting to use it. I always make my paella in a Dutch oven, this is the first time I'll make it in an actual paella pan. With that we'll be drinking Malbec.

Earlier in the day I'm making quac and bruschetta for appetizers at which time I'm cracking open a bunch of these craft brews I bought.

I figured that was just for you. You buy craft beers for your guests? How do I get on this guest list?

    Enjoy JStokes.

Your beers look yummy. Dierking provoked me so I scratched my Heineken Light and Corona Extra plans. Today I got Duvel. 8.5% alcohol content. It should get me in the mood.

    Get in line please. :)

I am waiting a long time for getting on the guest list of JStokes and Cman55.

That's Bad Grandpa to you kid... :)

Too cold to smoke or Q anything outside so I"m going into my frozen vacuum sealed stash of prior smoked meats. I got some wings ready for teriyaki or Buffalo duty and enough smoked Pulled Pork and shaved smoked Beef chuck roast that I'm pretty sure I can put together something really good.

When that's done, I'm down with Maker's Mark 46 bourbon and that should pretty much cap off the Day. I'm actually looking forward to the "Puppy Bowl" on Animal Channel as well.. :)
