Feel good for the Eagles. Not sure they have much of a chance but their fans care and you like to see that. They have been tortured for a while and deserve it much like us. They have been fed a lot of Cowboys/Giants/Skins BS for years and now it's their turn Look at the unbridled joy in Philly. This is real passion. This isn't scripted or rigged or ref assisted, these fans love their team and live and die with it. They didn't discover football in 2001 or get a million calls or steal playbooks. They did it the hard way. Maybe we can one day have a scene like this at JetLife Stadium. As for the New Hitler Refriots. Listen we all know what to expect. I just hope maybe just maybe the Eagles are allowed a fair fight. Not sure.
If only Wentz were healthy. Only the friggin Patriots get to win a Super Bowl going through Marcus Mariota, Blake Bortles and Nick Foles.
What's great is now you're getting Eagles fans and Patriots fans in the same building. I hope the Eagles fans really bring the hammer down on them. Like really beat the hell out of some of them.

As a Jets fan a worse matchup would be Giants/Patriots. That was awful Why would a Jets fan not like the Eagles? We're the same tortured passionate fanbases. Both wear green. At least you have somebody to root for here. We have no rivalry with the Eagles and never have The Eagles winning would mean Giants fans suffer. And they deserve to suffer.
My wife and pretty sure my Father In Law (rest in peace) are ecstatic. We wore our Eagles sweatshirts today...go Philly! My other Team in Green hahah! The Eagles are due big time for aSB win...good team to root for next to Jets imo
Why the hate for Eagles? Them winning a Superbowl will give joy to Jets fans and will crush the Pats and Giants fans. I hope they win big. Plus they are Green. Makesit easy to root for them.
Jets fans don't wanna see the Eagles win because as bad as its been for us over the years, we've always been able to say "at least we aren't the Eagles"
I'm with the others that the Eagles winning would destroy the fans of two of the three teams I hate the most, the Giants and the Patriots (the Dolphins are the third). It was the Giants-Patriots Super Bowls that gave me no one to root for. And that doesn't even consider that my wife's family is from Philly, and I happen to really like the Eagles fans among them (one is undoubtedly my closest friend among all of the family on either side). Easy to go green on this one. Fly, Eagles, fly!
This Philly team is the most under-the-radar 13-3 team of all-time. During the regular season, they were tied with NE for the best point differential (+162) in the entire NFL and they had both a top 5 offense and top 5 defense all year. They absolutely have a chance to beat New England. Also, I always thought the home-field Superbowl thing was overrated, anyway. The super bowl tickets are virtually evenly distributed among the two respective fan bases and the game would be played indoors. The notion that the Vikings would have had a "home game" is a fallacy.
