    Soliai remains with the Phins - but they lose Langford

    good bit of business by the Phins

    With the franchise tag last year his pay for 3 years from 11-13 is about double what the excellent Pouha signed up for from 12-14. Crazy money.

    Rams sign DT Kendall Langford (4 years, $24M; $12M guaranteed):

    Miami cant be happy about losing Langford, he is a good, and young, DT
