This was an ugly win no doubt. Aside from the bad throw Sanchez made, He played a great game. He was on the money 90% of the time. He was a playmaker on the field tonight and made a lot out of nothing, because Wayne Hunters pants were down. Schotty called a good game for the most part. Too conservative beginning of the first half, but the point of this game was to show the rest of the league we can put Sanchez in the gun and spread you out just like the Packers, Saints, and Patriots. The game plan was to not run the ball. The Cowboys were thin at DB going into the game, why not exploit it and let Sanchez get some quality reps airing it out. Take away Sanchez's pick six and the would be pick by Cromartie and this team held the Cowboys to 10 points. Granted we got lucky on the goaline fumble and etc. But this Cowboys team is much better than we gave them credit for. They are an 8-8 team at worst.
I also felt that the routes the receivers were running were more open and noticeably better than games from last season.
