I say yes. He got to much talent to pass on and this late in the draft we would have nothing to lose.
No way. I love Tech, but come on, you can't be serious. This would be like taking a chance on Mo Carlett.

Hell no we don't even sniff Vick. Look at the guys we have drafted so far. They are all leaders and good character guys. I think teb FO will pass on a guy that solicits minors and pulls guns on kids at Micky D's. No we'll get some DL help in the 5th round and maybe a G later on..... I believe Kevin Boothe is still on the board and he is an Ivy league guy so you know he is another character guy.
That going to be our problem this new FO/HC won't take chances and when your in this business you need to take chances.
Why not we seem to be quite good at drafting players that will never be any use to us. besides it would go along with our draft philospy of taking players that have a chance not to be drafted.
Tell that to the Steelers and Patriots, who in their recent success basically built the mold that the Jets are now following. How many chances did they take on low character guys?
Vick might be talented, but his character issues can ruin a team's chemistry. Let's stay away from him. Like mentioned above, grab Boothe or DL instead.
with his talent why does he have to plat QB for us? He a better talent then Michael Robinson and he already off the board. yes he didn't get into trouble like Vick but he is a very talented guy who's worth taking a chance on.
