    Yeah I just read that

Very few players would have the guts to ask to go over to a 3-4, especially one with the success in a 4-3 like Peppers. I don't think he'd transition well to a DE though in the 3-4 personally- he wouldn't have the sack numbers.

He'd also cost a ton of money, not sure if a D-lineman is worth the money. Great player in the 4-3, in fact he's probably the perfect DE in the 4-3. I know he was close to Jenkins back in Carolina, who knows if that's influencing him too?

So far the Jets should sign...

    TO
    LT
    McQuarters
    Peppers

basically, from now on, anybody who gets cut, wants to be traded or any head coach for that matter that is available, immediately start a thread asking if the jets should sign that coach or player.

If we end up having the money and Spags come's in and runs his 4-3, Then i think it would be great to sign Peppers.

I pray he goes to team like the 49ers, Browns, Cowboys. Basically, anybody not in this division.

I realized the S in Jets when I posted, but it was too late to change. I was being facetious. Take a pill.

The title of this thread shows the brain power of its author.....It's either "Peppers TO Jets" or "Peppers a JET". NOT "Peppers a Jets". I thought there was a ban on retarded posters in the main room.

How insightful. Way to read all the posts. Keep striving for mediocrity.

Isn't he a lil small to play DE in a 3-4? OLB maybe...

    I agree.

We need to move Jenkins out to end, get someone rougly his size to play the other end spot, and get someone around 500+ to play NT. Peppers and Ellis can play OLB while Pace and Mosley play ILB, and Harris at SS next to Rhodes so we can have a sick secondary.
