http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-jets-sanchezsstruggles It doesn't look too serious but it is interesting.
About time. Sanchez is freaking baby, complaining about. How about you don't be the 27th ranked completition Qb in the NFL, and then talk
Sanchez was not pleased, you could hear that in his voice, but there's nothing to it. Brunell is the #2, he should get some snaps with the #1s at some point, if for no other reason than if an injury happens, he's been there before.
They're preparing for the likely event of Sanchez's death at the hands of the Wayne Hunter's ineptitude
Sanchez's numbers doesn't give him "Diva Rights" by any stretch. He's lucky that there's not a real #2 on the roster.
It's too bad McElroy's out for the season, then you would have had a real threat to keep Sanchez honest.
Reverting back to old tricks. Hopefully it works again. But jeez is he gonna have to need to get sanchez "fired up" at some point every year? Definitely not good when u have to bring in ur back up to get ur starter going. I still haven't lost faith in sanchez but its definitely looking worse
in all honesty, why wasnt brunell taking snaps all year with the firsts? waitasekind... cause there is no way in hell he is coming in and if sanchez gets hurt we are for all intents and purposes completely fucked. so then, is mark supposed to be so stupid to think that this is anything more than posturing and trying to get him fired up? i mean come on rex i expect better out of you. and tannenbaum i really would hope you could bring in a qb that we can at least dust off if he is needed. id rather have ray lucas as teh backup.. wait no i would rather have tom tupa as teh backup at this point.
So what are you saying? That Mark Sanchez will identify Rex's "mind game" and spitefully not allow it to bother him and stubbornley just remain at the same output? Im not a Sanchez blamer and blame the Line more than anything, but Sanchez is a little shell shocked and needs something to get him focused again. This is a harmless non-insulting no-risk move that takes no extra effort to do and MAY have a positive effect. Besides an injury there is no reason to bring in a different Qb, ANY qb you throw behind that line is gonna suck ass.
THIS^ Jesus Christ...give the kid a chance. Joe Montana would struggle behind this OL. Put a TE in to help out...WTF is Shotty smoking?
Haven't you seen??? Schitty sends Mulligan back and forth 4 times before every snap right before the play clock runs out to create confusion, it's brilliant!!.. unfortunately it only ends up confusing the offense and disrupting timing more than anything.
