This, I believe is a direct result of what Revis did to him last week, his comments afterward and the resulting furor.

the longer he is with a team the less motivated he is. he already proven how great and valuable he is, he doesn't have to give that effort any longer.

Moss is Moss. He still adds more to an offense than he takes away.

I saw him do the exact same thing when the Jets played the Vikings a few years ago in NJ. He dogged it on every play that the ball wasn't going to be thrown to him.

In all fairness, Moss' relaxed play is not entirely laziness.

Moss knows the safeties are watching him, waiting to see him jog. Then he jogs his way down the field for a 60 yard touchdown bomb. It's not entirely an act, I do believe he is lazier than you're average superstar wide out. But that's his game.

When you pair him with a scrappy, all-heart wide out like Wes Welker... that's a potent combination.

I don't know if you can really jump on a receiver for laziness after a ten-catch, hundred-yard winning effort.

Moss' back was pretty hurt this past week. I understand based on his history it's easy to jump to conclusions and to a varying degree it may be true but I wouldn't put a ton of stock in this story just yet.

    Hines Ward, he's not.

that's the only line that caught my eye, and that's all I wanted to read.

    Beautiful.

I don't really buy this article, for 2 reasons:

    1) Moss was playing with an injured back.
    2) Moss caught 10 passes for over 100 yards. If that's dogging it, I'm not sure the Pats will have a huge problem with him.

That's not to say that Moss isn't prone to putting in a poor effort, of course. Just that in this case it seems like he's being targeted a little unfairly.

    Patriots...most professional. HAH!!!

    Blue Collar...HAH.

Videotaping other teams to win isn't blue collar...it's cheating.

Moss carried the attack this week for the Pats, playing with a bad back. MVP of the game.

Once again this writer is dogging it and going with a hackneyed premise and an article that someone in high school could have written. What's he going to write next week? Terrell Owens and his antics are the reasons society is going down the shitter? Bret Favre is a wholesome person with good family values? Lazy column.

THis article was sheer stupidity. One of the reasons Moss is such a dangerous receiver is that he varies his speed throughout his routes. Revis was talking about it last week, sometimes he comes of the line fast sometimes he jogs it to let the field develop then turns on the jets late to beat you. He did that at least once SUnday since I was watching the game, he jogged the first part of the route then at his break he just blew right by the corner and safety for a sure TD if Brady hadn;t overthrown him.
