Yeah, and what if the Jets had drafted Tom Brady and Warren Sapp and Dan Marino? We don't live in that universe.
Vegas says over/under 7.....24/7 says 8.7..round that out to 9 wins .....NYJetsO12 says 10....love it!!
ill call my contacts @ the Vegas sportsbooks and tell them not to release totals anymore until after the draft b/c 101GangGreen thinks it's too early.... But in all seriousness, the reason they are posted after FA is because the draft has almost 0 impact in the eventual number. So now is as good as time as any to discuss.
yeah please tell them I sent you too. I disagree, if the Jets get a pass-rusher, that will help them close out games and potentially could alter the # of wins. But yea feel free to contact Vegas.
If the Jets were able to add prime Lawrence Taylor to the roster this year, the Vegas win total MIGHT move to 8, what effect could a Josh Allen have? The other thing you need to remember is ALL 32 teams are adding via the draft this month, not just the Jets. FWIW... I like the Over 7
Gotta finish out games, how many blown leads did the Jets have in the Bowles tenure? QBs had all day to throw. The defense was tired, a pass-rusher could help get the defense off the field quicker ... bad between the 20s, good in the RZ ... If Allen is as good as advertised, he could add some wins due to the trickle down effect of having a speed rusher on the outside to compliment Henry and Leo inside. I am at about 7 to 9 wins tops right now, could get to 10 if we have a solid draft.
