Thirteen down and four to go, this should belong in the NFL forum but we all know the Jets are part of the equation here and only seven will make the playoffs. The way I see it, a division winner will end up with the same record as two of the bottom three. 14 - 3 Bills 14 - 3 Chiefs 12 - 5 Ravens 9 - 8 Titans 12 - 5 Bengals 11 - 6 Chargers 10 - 7 Dolphins 9 - 8 Patriots 9 - 8 Jets 7 - 10 Browns
If other teams watched the past two Dolphins games, they might not win another game if they implement that defensive game plan and play a robber safety.
The Dolphins are overrated IMHO. Thier 5 game winning streak came against teams with a .282 winning percentage. The last two weeks against winning teams and look what happened. I think the Bills are going to kick their ass this Saturday night. It's supposed to be a snow game with wind. Tua couldn't throw the ball in Sofi. It will be fun watching him try to throw the ball in those elements.
I don’t think they’re overrated as a team - I think they have a good roster including probably the best pairing of receivers in the league and a DPOY candidate in Wilkins. But Tua just ain’t it in cold weather football. We’ll see if McDaniels can reinvent him because the RPO catch and run slant is dead if teams follow the blueprint.
Taking away the middle of the field and pressing the receivers to throw off Tua’s timing ruins that offense.
