Does this show have a set time? Never knew about it until someone mentioned on here today that it was on. I would assume it is on right after the game, but here it is on hours later.
It's usually on right after the game, but today was different because of the Mets game and the ceremonies following. I was looking forward to it today, not sure if it was even or not.
It went on late today because of the Mets' drama. SNY is the Home of the Mets. Man, that went on FOREVER! They were really beating the team into the ground for losing the last game and missing the playoffs. Usually, the Jets post-gameon SNY (Channel 26 on Time Warner Cable) begins immediately after the game ends. It's cool, they show the post-game rpess conferences and interview the players.
You know they have a recap show on tuesday nights as well on SNY? Lucas and Buttle go over the game in detail, and preview the next team they play...
Yes, and they even show the press conferences during the week on "Jets Open Mic"! ... A half hour featuring Eric Mangini answering reporters' questions while revealing absolutely nothing about his team! And looking uncomfortable the entire time! And then there's always the ever-popular half hour with Eric Tannenbaum, the team GM: "1st and Goal!" Another half hour of fluff. For all of us Jets fans who just can't get enough of the team! AND then there's "This Week in Football," on the YES superstation, with Gary Myers of the Daily News, who still insists from time to time that the Jets made a BIG MISTAKE by selecting D'Brick instead of Matt Leinhart! (He's been quiet recently, but just wait for Favre's first bad streak, he'll be at it again...) What's really pathetic is that I rarely miss any of them.
I have to pay more attention. I was not aware of all these shows. But I don't watch SNY much. Will have to now.
