    Holmes' case was closed. The girl didn't press charges.

    My gut feeling tells me she was paid off.... I hate believing that.

    From what I hear, a civil suit is still pending. Holmes "only" threw the glass at her while a woman he was with actually struck the victim with it.

    This is why I don't go to nightclubs. Gay shit with drinks and poshness and did i mention gay shit?

    Go to a rock show, where if something goes down there is no "he said/she said."

    Its usually - he said something, he got fucked up, then everyone continued to enjoy the show.
