All the talk is about Clay Mathews and how to stop him. The man is coming off an injury and I don't think will still be 100%. The big story is going to be our defense totally dominating the Packers. 7 sacks on the day, including one from the Ghost. 2 INTs, one from Revis, signalling his return to form and the other from...Drew Coleman.
28-17 Jets Both Rbs eclipse 100yrds. LT has 2tds. Sanchez 175yrds. 2tds-1int. Rodgers throws for 300yrds. Revis is less than impressive. Cro gets a late pick to ice it for us.
Jets 23-16 Rodgers has a solid day, no INTs. Green Bay running game is average, not good or bad. Jets give up a lot of yards on short passes, but hold them in the red zone to mostly FGs. Sanchez- 180 yds, 1 TD, 1 INT. LT rushes for around 100 yards, Greene about 50. Boring game if you aren't a Jets fan.
I predict it will be a one sided game. Have a good feeling about this one. Jets score 40+ points and the defense dominates. They will allow the run underneath like they did with the Broncos and concentrate on shutting down the air attack. I think the team and fans come into this one super-fired-up and blow them out with a stifling D and a steady diet of LT and SG, with a few passes to keep them honest--and break their spirit. 30-13 Jets (and it's not as close as the score suggests!)
