I'm going to keep this brief since I'm pretty upset right now and am not in the mood to tear into all the things the Jets did wrong today.

This team is not the same old Jets. They're a lot of things bad right now, but this is still a team with a bright future and while it's fairly obvious the future isn't right now, try to keep things in perspective.

Realizing what the Jets are now and where they're headed will take the pain away from this otherwise painful month and a half of football.

The Same Old Jets is all about having talent, promise, hope... and then finding novel ways to throw it all away. Every time.

  5. How do you figure this is not the same old jets?

How many times in the past have they come out w/ this pitiful type of performance after losing a close one to Miami? When you factor in the absolutely PATHETIC defense on that last drive...and this to me is definitive same old jets! DEFINITIVE!

We've been saying the future is bright for decades now. W/ the talent this team has right now combined w/ the way they are performing on Sundays...to me it is a hopeless cause. You can't accrue a much better overall roster talent-wise...and we STILL see the same old shit.

I am pretty sure this is exactly the Same Old Jets.

This organization finds new ways to let down the fans on a weekly basis. Should be interesting to see what they come up with the rest of the way.

It's always "the future looks bright" and all that shit. Well, fuck, we have the talent to win now and be contenders, but we are finding ways to lose. No excuses, we are just not a good football team. I don't like the term SOJ, but our franchise needs to do something different

I think we are building a potential great O with a potential declining D. If we can bring in some good young D talent on the line and another OL man next year we could be building something good.

their is no such thing as building a future in the NFL -- every year it's win when you get the chance because things rarely carry over form one year to he next.

We have some good pieces, and Sanchez is playing ok. But for a team that started out 3-0 and fail like this (loss to buffalo, two to miami, jax)..... is bad

The only thing built were my hopes early in the season, needless to say they've been torn apart

At least it gives the Patriots a worse draft pick then before...they get Jacksonville's pick.
