Do you think since the Jets blow this year they will change the last 2 night games we have to an earlier slot? I hope so, but it wouldnt matter anyway, I would be taken a PM anyway, then watch this train wreck.
Sunday night, yes. Monday night, no. I'm hoping there's reason to get excited for those games, but I doubt it.
As much as the NFL would love to flex the Jets-Titans MNF game, they can't. MNF games are not subject to flex scheduling. The Jets-Chargers SNF game though is all but certain to be flexed to an afternoon kickoff.
With the way we played on Thanksgiving, the league would be doing all Jets' fans a huge favor by taking us off of prime time national television.
Think Sunday night games can be changed by the TV station with flex scheduling. So Jets/Chargers will likely be swapped out. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NFL_on_television#Flexible_scheduling Monday night game is set though.
True, but with 15,000+ tics unsold, having our games on national tv may be the only way to watch them! Mods: those cute little icons (steelers suck, bullalo blows, manning sucks, hackett blows) need a new addition for all the dark siders.
I doubt they'll take us off Sunday because of OUR performance. Now as for the Chargers, it's probably likely.
ahahahaha :up: Captain darksider likes to use  It should just be a cloud that rains on a Jets fan hahaha
I'm sure NBC doesn't want Jets-Chargers on December 23rd unless they advertise this as their new MUST SEE TV comedy night. Assfumble II??? No, if they can exchange this match-up for a meaningful game, NBC will change it in a heartbeat. I think the Thanksgiving night game ensured the Jets will not see network prime time for at least three years or until significant improvement is made.
Are you kidding? Jets are the most talked about football team in the NFL. Of course they will give us a prime time slot. Where else can you see a QB run into a lineman's ass and fumble? You cant write that.
nowhere else, but the problem is that most people want to see real football with a real HC and a real QB
the jets have shit the bed on primetime in the last two seasons with the exception of the texans and cowboys game. i'm sure unless some changes happen the jets wont be on sunday night football next season.
For Week 15, That Jets/Titans games is going to be some boring football. That Week 16, the NY Giants at Baltimore will be flexed down...Only game I see that has 2 playoff teams...
You will get the one Thursday night game like we did this year... I don't like night games anyway...I want my games on Sunday at 1 pm...I can't wait til 8 pm or Monday...
The best thing for the Jets is to have the rest of the games (not including the Jets/Titans MNF) in an afternoon slot, and fly under the radar for the remaining 5 games and in 2013.
