I'm seeing all over X that it's all but a done deal the legacy jerseys are going to be permanent. The old jerseys are all on sale at Jets shop. Really stoked about this, those jerseys are fire.
In classic money-grubbing fashion, they only released the whites last year, and it looks like it was in anticipation of this. They'll sell a million jerseys. And still win jack shit.
I bought 4 jerseys just last year, including 1 legacy jersey. Woody won't see any of my $80 worth of DHgate sweatshop money though lol.
This is probably accurate, probably won't send money to either for quite some time. It had been years since I had purchased anything Jets related. False hope certainly contributed to my impulse spending. Lucky for me it'll be a long time before I get my hopes up for this franchise. I would quote the "fool me once" scenario but unfortunately I am in fact the one shamed because I have been fooled more than once
I hope we get the new breakaway helmets the Chiefs use. That'd be awesome. Players would bet on how big a hole they get in their helmet. Biggest hole gets the game ball!
Well, I shouldn’t be as excited about this as I am, but Jets fans need to take whatever they can get.
Good. The gase jerseys and helmets have got go. They represent to me , being at the bottom of a well, and then finding a way to dig deeper .
I won't be dropping a dime on anything Jets any time soon. My wife screwed up and got me a Jets zip up sweat jacket for Christmas because she didn't know. She does now and there won't be a $$ sent their way.
Win some god damned football games. I could care less about the uniforms tbh. I will not spend one cent on anything to do with this pos franchise until they give us a competent and winning product we can enjoy every week during football season.
Luv the 80's gear and Thank God that Helmet Logo is history. Now if JD would be so kind as to bring us an 80's calibre OLine and WR Corps, I'd be much obliged.
Do a quick search on Ken O'Brien and you'll see the Dark Green Legacy Uni. Too bad you guys missed the 80's. The Sack Exchange was a fun time to be a jet fan.
