Mike Vick to Rams?

    Should we call Rams and see what they would give for Vick? Bradford is out for the year with tore ACL.

    Vick only going to be here one year. Vick is not our future so maybe we can get something for him. Plus I said call them. If they offer a 2nd or 3rd u take it.

    That sucks for Bradford. He's a good player when healthy.

    Oh and no way we should trade Vick.

    It doesn't matter man. Say we trade Vick and we are left with Matt Simms and Tajh Boyd. Say Geno struggles, now who are we relying on? The entire purpose of signing Vick was to help guide Geno and provide a stop gap in case Geno struggles.

    Woody Johnson was not content on 8-8. Rex Ryan can not afford to go 8-8 again, and Idzik will not take going 8-8 again. You honestly think the front office will trade away the only guy who could prevent a downhill slide at the QB position? Give me a break man.

    Not gonna happen, we have him here for a reason.

    Simms on the other hand… eh, they probably wouldn't want him but I'd dish him for a CB if they're offering one.

    Fuck the QB position our biggest problem is CB. But I hear what your saying but it doesn't hurt to call.

    Rex Ryan can scheme around the lack of talent at CB. You can't scheme around the center point of the offense. The CB position may be bad, but you can't win anything without a QB

    He better come up with a scheme to get to the QB in about 1 second. Have you seen our CB play?

    If we can fleece the rams with a high pick and/or a starting caliber WR/CB, I don't think the OP is out of line for thinking outside of the box here. If we aren't getting a lot, then no.
    I loved the Vick signing and think he's a perfect mentor but we have serious holes now that can't be ignored and why not take advantage of other teams' weaknesses.

    With the way our CB's are right now yes. We don't know if Geno is going to be benched for poor play. We do know right now our CB's our a big problem.
