Honestly, if this turns out to be true he is the dumbest man in America. Unless you are going to Greenland or someplace like that, is it really that hard to score a bit of reefer these days? Why would you bring something like that through airport security? BTW, it sounds like something me and my friends would have tried to make in shop class in HS: "Hey dude, let's make a pipe that looks like a keychain." "Uhh, cool, I'll grab from fittings and nuts and tubes from the supply cabinet when the teacher leaves." How is it he was not arrested? For one it is a possible drug offense... and more importantly he was attempting to conceal banned substances going through an airport. Oh, right. Its Michael Vick. Anyone else would have been busted on the spot.
it's with every celebrity. they make a donation to someone connected and they walk. however if it turns out to really be marijuana, guaranteed there will be a warrant out for his arrest.

Actually Brees wasn't part of the trade. SD took him with their own 2nd round pick. A mistake a ton of people make (including the media).
