    Rex has already denied interviews and said he won't allow teams to take his coaches.

    Rex is a Jack Russell Terrier in a St. Bernards body.

    I love the guy...but if his staff doesn't take it up a notch or three when dealing with those troublesome X's & O's, they is gonna lose the players first and then the season.

    They are pretty committed to Rex and its not like they are getting offered head coaching jobs. Other then Schotty no one is really getting interviewed for a promotion.

    Thurman and Callahan were asked to interview for coordinator positions. Technically promotions even though they both have a big part in playcalling.
