Watching this game, I've finally learned to hate Mangini. Not like Herm, but I hate him. And here's why he's to blame. He's young - but that's OK. He's a young, smart guy with potential. Where he screwed up was in hiring unproven coordinators. A young coach who still needs time to season, must surround himself with coordinators who have "been there, done that." Instead he surrounds himself with inexperienced coordinators. That can only be a sign of insecurity or overinflated ego. Either way, he screwed up. I would be delighted if we demoted him, as I believe he has a future if he learns. Additionally, I'm beginning to think that Belichek has been calling in game plans to Jet opponents. Every team has our number and knows how to play against our defense. It just never fails. No matter who the opponent, what the weather is, or how inexperienced the QB is, EVERYONE passes on us. I'm sick. Mangini gotta go. So not only are we headed for the toilet, but we're also going to start next year probably with a new coach, and without any anchor at QB. Even more sickening was I felt that we made all the right moves. Just demoralizing. Almost as demoralizing as our defense has looked on the field.
