He is good and asked how they are doing, and asked why Golic isn't there. He says it is nice to go back and refer to notes he made last year, draw on experience, and implement the changes required to improve on the weak spots he noticed last year. Even though Curtis never played a down for Eric, he was impressively professional, took great notes at meetings, set an example for everyone on how to prepare. Young players can learn from role models of this calibre and Curtis set a great example of a person who maximized all his abilities. Jones was researched before the trade and they wanted to know about the person before they looked at the player...he is a good person with good work ethic and toughness. Revis is missing important times but Eric did not address how the oldout will affect his chance to be on the field early in the season. He jsut said it gives the otehr guys a chance to step up. Mike T has been a negotiator for a while and has a good track record and Eric has faith in him...dodged the part about how far apart the sides are. Eric says Chad has been able to focus solely on getting better at football and his work ethic is impecable. Eric is really pleased with the condition Chad is in....he didn't say whether Chad looks noticably better because of not having to rehab in the offseason.... Eric is mentioning Jerry Rice....not talking about USA Football...
