Things I disagree with Mangini today. 1) Not kicking that FG with the wind behind you 2) Running the option on 1st and 2nd and then giving chad no chance to convert the 3rd and long. 3) The pats run D has looked poor recently. Why are we, in this weather, lining up in shotgun with our soft toss qb and passing so much. Get in the I formation and run the FUCKING ball

Who do you see as responsible for the state of the Jet's roster? They haven't had any significant injuries, so it's gotta be composition at this point. And yeah, I agree with you that this was maybe a 6-10 or 5-11 team out of the gate. Anything less than that is on the coaching staff.
Definitely agree with 1 and 2, not so sure about 3 - the Jets OL has shown no sign of being able to run block all year.

I won't dare to say it because I'm be "making excuses for Mangina." Actually I'll say it...that great HC of ours that made a living off of Parcells' drafts and left Mangini a ton of dead weight on the O-lines, D-lines, QB, RB, and CB. Honestly I don't do the the whole record thing...this was a bad football team and we're still a bad football team...only thing is now we actually have some young talent to build on. Plus, we'll probably beat the Chiefs and if the Titans are without Haynesworth again we have a legit shot against them.
The Jets have a week roster and Mangini has not lost the team. They play hard every play they just lack the talent to close games. The talent gap on our O is off the charts and we still are in every game.
Um...he squeezed us into the playoffs last year and this year we're not a lock for the SB...why are you defending him? It's obvious the guy is a MANGINA who can't coach.
