    Yep, I joined the Retired Workers of America club today! Very liberating if I do say so myself. Monday, I turn in my truck and tools, then I'm off to my next life phase. Been working at various companies since 1991 doing practically the same job so I guess that makes me a bit of an expert. Looks like I'll have plenty time to go fishin and travel now.

    Retirement feels good! So good in fact that I just might go buy a really good recliner! :)

    Yep! Taking the Winter off. Then perhaps becoming an independent contractor in the spring. Lots of fishing in my future of course!

    I started ramping down a few years ago... took the semi-retired route.
    A little extra dough never hurts.

    Taking the winter off for sure. Thinking about going independent contractor for the extra cash. Not working 40hrs/wk anymore though. Got offered a manager position but it meant cubeworld and a strict schedule. Pass..
