Luck attacked him, Dalton attacked him, and Eli finally got the Giants offense moving once he realized Wilson was out there. Wilson is a rabbit chaser, not an NFL player. Hopefully Patterson will take over the slot. Kyle Wilson can not be a starter on this team.

Kyle Wilson isnt a starter anywhere. A bust of a first round was he. He isnt even a good nickle corner this year. Hope the Jets dont need him in a big spot. Walls is by far a better Corner

Wilson and Hill both need to take a one way trip to Oakland where they can be embraced

It's gonna be a scary secondary at times.

out of all the aspects of our secondary he's been the biggest liability and disappointment, seeing has how he's in the EXACT position he's played in for years and is SUPPOSED to be a starter.

Hes supposedly one of the best slot corners in the league, statistically. that doesn't appear to be the case in practice. need better options there… Patterson? he's been said to play the slot decently.

he and Hill are bums. cut them both, here come the fans who will tell us that wilson is an excellent nickel corner and we don't know what were talking about. use your fucking eyes.

Kyle Wilson is a good CB#4. That's about it.

Alright, lets be real here; With all the CB injuries we have no business cutting him as much as we might want too.

he's sucking hard out there and this hasn't been a new thing, but he's a tenured CB and I don't think anybody from the back of the depth chart takes his roster spot.

Think about it, who's making the team at CB? Milliner, Patterson, Walls, Lankster…?…Allen?… Can anybody really make a case for Reeves or Patrick or Dowling getting a spot over him?

We shouldn't give another player a roster spot on the basis of not being Wilson, only if they are better. Now, wanting somebody else to get looks, or not wanting him to start are different stories, but lets not fool ourselves into thinking the 5 year vet will get cut given whats been going on to our secondary, as is, we HAVE to make due with him in some capacity.

  13. He's regressed. He used to be a decent tackler w/good feet for mirroring. Now he seems really stiff, slow feet & is a sloppy tackler. If AA keeps improving & Milliner comes back strong There's no reason Lankster & Walls can't handle the nickel & dime. In fact..that's not a bad foursome.

He can't decline because he was already shitty to begin with.

I've defended Wilson but he's looking bad out there. I hope he steps up when the season starts.

Wilson is not good at any number on the depth chart.

He's looking so much worse than last season (where he was adequate at times).
At this point, we have to hope Patterson can stay healthy and occupy the slot. maybe Walls on the outside........and virtually no depth.
Dixon was terrible too, he's not ready.

and people really think we are ok at CB?

I kept wanting to see how our corners fared on the outside, but we never got the chance since the D-line was eating up the Giants all night. Except we did get to see Wilson play absolutely horrid football. The only chance of an in-completion against Wilson is if the receiver drops the ball against air. I actually think we would be better off with the illusion of a corner in the slot, than Kyle Wilson occupying it himself.

It's almost as hard to defend Wilson as it is for Wilson to defend anyone..
