Even after he lost his 2nd superbowl, he had been here now for 3 times and took two teams that were also-rans to the big dance. He also still has a Great Postseason record and clearly outplayed Ben HAMBURGLAR.... But all that aside, does he or doesn't he deserve to go there? Had he won it all tonight, there would be no doubt but since he lost, there will be plenty of debate. Personally, from what I saw tonight, his defense failed him and, in essence, he led his team back to within a defensive stop of winning it all. So count me in as a vote for Him into the HOF. Oh and just in case I didn't make my point in other threads : :steelers::steelers::steelers::steelers:
I'm not sure. He was borderline IMO before, and even tho he had a good game, he still is. I'm sure he will, writers love him.
A "Good Game"? His 370+ yards is ranked 2nd in Superbowl History(if I read that right) and his QB Rating is off-the-charts(as usual). He also had an excellent TD to INT ratio. I'd really like to see what a "Great Game" from Kurt is, then...
I am not sure if this is relevant, but there is a good reason for Kurt to win the Walter Payton Award tonight. Warner & his family bust their butts all year round, helping other folks, who need it. I think Kurt has always been humbled by the fact that he was making zero $$$ stocking shelves in a grocery store. He will always be grateful for football, giving him a life, that he never dreamed possible.
Warner kicked ass. 3 TD's 377 yards. An unfortunate Pick-6 should not keep him out of the Hall. He is a shoe in. Pittsburgh had not allowed a 300 yard passer all season.
Wish he was here to do for the Jets what he did for the Cards instead of Brett "I will come back.....maybe" Favre..............
And Arizona has 2 of the best in the game. We have servicable WRs. Fitz is the reason Warner succedded.
