Think we'll give him a look? http://www.indystar.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20071117/SPORTS/71117013/-1/LOCAL17
He's a 5-11, 275 DT. At 5'11 he's seriously undersized to play a 3-4 DT. He may work as a DT in the 4-3, but not the 3-4. If we took him, and this is a major if, he would work well when we switch to the 4-3 once in a while, which we do every so often. It'd be nice to have Klecko's son on the team but I just don't know if we need him.
Belichick made good use out of Klecko surrounded by Pro Bowl talent. He would just be another shitty defensive player for us. Maybe at fullback...
It's too bad he's too slow to play ILB in a rotation. Really he has no fit in the NFL, which is very unfortunate given his high motor and football intelligence. He's his dad's son but 2 inches shorter and 15 pounds lighter.
he's been used as a blocking fullback although I don't know if he could play that as a fulltime position he's been cut by the two top teams in the NFL.
This guy would become our best player instantly. This team is full of untalented players just wasting our cap space.
Let's see ... Klecko, or Mike DeVito, who gives us more options. I don't think DeVito has made it on to the field - maybe special teams - Klecko can do that.
We just need to get namath to sire some superkid , cmart to join a cloning scheme and klecko and maynard to donate there sperm to a dodgy russian lab!
