I cannot believe what I watched this evening. When was the last time the Buffalo Bills OBLITERATED the Jets TWICE in one season? It's been a while...if ever. That was about as disgraceful a display of...not sure if it was football... It was a game of some kind but I'll be struck down if that was a football game...the football gods would bury me. Time for a full blown house cleaning. Idzik is gone. Ryan is gone...Morningwhig is gone...they're ALL gone! Every last coach on that team is done. Done done done.....because if they aren't, I am.
It sickens me because the bills are overrated. Kyle Orton at Qb?! Really? Yet we lose to this bum twice shows our state currently. Anyways I agree I would like to see a brand new staff and fk it even clean out all the junk in scouting and front office. Also turnover 60% of the current roster as they predicted on sny post game show
Exactly , that's why I'm saying he should go, honestly besides these few names who is worth keeping? Kerley Decker Ivory Harvin Mo Sheldon Richardson Amaro
I for one cannot wait to see all these practice squad db's let go of. I'm hoping we have two new starting corners and have milliner and mcdougle as a 3 & 4 to lean on
This Organization is screaming for a full demolition. Everybody from the Team President on down to the lowliest asst coach. The team needs to go in a totally new direction. The darkside of being consistent is that you can just as easily consistently suck as you can consistently be 8-8. Once you find/stumble upon a formula that actually works, then you have the luxury of being "consistent" but until that happens, it's back to the lab. Woody? Blow it up man. Just blow it up.
Bills have a very good defense. But to give up 38 points to em with Watkins doing pretty much nothing is a joke. They scored less than 30 points in every game this season except for the 2 against us.
It saddens me to say that, after tonight 'game' (or whatever you may care to call it), i can no longer express my support for any of the coaching staff or the GM for that matter for the remainder of their time here. After watching this debacle, it's hard to recall at any time in the past that the Jets have sunk to the lowest abyss imaginable. Perhaps the Kotite era comes to mind. They were completely out-coached, outplayed and out classed. They constantly make dumb penalties; mismanage the clock; too many players on the field; many players out of position; over-all poor discipline. Jets have quite a mess on their hands. Besides the fact that they lack a true leader and player at the QB position, they're so called rebuilding plan is in dis-array. Mr. Johnson should be embarrassed.
We played Seattle in 2008 desperate to stay alive for the playoffs, and we took the opening drive and rammed it down their throats. On 4th and 1 from the 3 yard line, the camera panned over to Mangini on the sideline to catch him mouthing the words "field goal". That was the exact moment I knew I wanted him gone forever. I had that moment with Rex tonight. Moving the ball into scoring position in a 7-3 game, we took a maddening delay of game penalty, which is WAY too much the norm in the Rex era ... And then somehow we needed to call a timeout after the penalty to avoid another delay!!! How does that happen??? How much fucking time do you need to get a goddamn play called?? UNREAL. This is the sloppiest coached team in the entire league in all phases of the game. A complete train wreck. I want Rex and all his cronies gone before the wheels land in Newark. ENOUGH.
It really is just straight sickening watching this season... Im veryyyy curious now to see what another coach could/would do with this team. Idk if i overrated my skills at evaluating a good from bad team but I just don't see a team that matches the record. I feel talent is here just being completely used the wrong way. But it's like every week there's something different that went really bad, whether that be the secondary, the QB, the o-line, the punter, the play calling, or "the refs". We can never get every unit to come to play. I personally don't think we have to REBUILD, it's time to add pieces to this roster, I like our core on defense and I like the players at the skill positions on offense, we just gotta bulk that o-line up with a great lineman on that right side (iupati preferably), and grab a real competitor to be our qb. This is going to be a wild offseason, hopefully we can benefit from it
As I expressed prior to the season, this team has talent just not a good mix thereof. That along with the lack of a QB is what we are seeing on the field.
