Elway sounds like he went to the Michael Jordan school of front office management. Great player who has a ton to learn about being an executive. He needs to be a lot more diplomatic in his new position as he's not between the lines anymore.
he really isn't any good now. I just moved to Denver and people are acting like he's the second coming he throws screens and deep into double coverage that's it.
??? He wins. Not for nothing but thats the definition of a good QB. I'd rather have a smart accurate QB than a gunslinging occasionally wins occasionally cost us wins QB. That franchise has a lot of issues but I don't think QB is one of them. Orton is pretty damn good and Tebow has some serious talent just waiting to explode.
I think Tebow can end up being a decent game manager with the threat to run but Im not sure he'll be 'great'

Oh nose a rookie QB isn't good at this time. Groundbreaking stuff here, horseface is a genius, I tell you. On a side note, can someone answer this: Was Elway's mom one of those women that made a porn tape with a Horse? It looks like he was the byproduct of a human and Secretariat.
I think he's the most fascinating QB to watch over the next 2 years because he's got the leadership and heart to win, but everything else is still a work in progress.
