    Just received a text message saying the Jets will be wearing Titans colors against NE in the home opener and against the Bengals.

    I probably shouldn't worry about stuff like this, but I really think you should wear your proper colours for the home opener...

    I like the Titans unis, though.

    They should wear their normal jerseys for the home opener. Save the gimmicks for later in the season.

    I actually hate the titan uni's. Id much rather see them occassionally wear the 80's style uni's.

    2nd that. I don't hate them, but i'd rather see the 80s ones.

    We should wear our colors for the opener, this is stupid.

    I agree with everyone that you should wear your regular uniform for the home opener. They must be really trying to push that Titan merchandise.

    Same here. Maybe they're hoping the Pats won't recognize them. What they should do for the home opener is wear Giants uniforms, just to tease them a little.

    Every Jets fan should give his ticket to a European Skinhead soccer fan for the home opener. Get them drunk for free and point them at the Patriots. Those dudes throw bombs at teams they don't like.

    The organization will throw another Titans wrinkle out in 2009 when they showcase white Titans jerseys to celebrate the franchise’s 50th anniversary.

    I agree. Not a fan of the old Titans' uniforms. It doesn't seem like the Jets in navy and gold instead of green and white. As you may guess from my user name and avatar, I like the idea of the 80's throwbacks with that helmet logo from that era!

    I don't mind them too much. When we played Miami last season a bunch of moronic Dolphans thought they were playing the Rams.

    I would like to see those 80's uni's too though. I hated them at the time but now I think it would be cool to see them.

    Those Titans uniforms suck. I didn't mind it last year, but I hope this doesn't become a regular thing.

    I love the NY Titans uniforms. I'm game. But I also think the current Jets green/white is one of the most classy uniforms in sports.

    I love the Titans uniforms- in fact, I'd love to replace green and white altogether with the blue/gold color scheme- much more classic football colors.
