For the umpteenth time, the game will not be flexed. It was slated for 4:15 way back when the schedule was made in April. It will stay at 4:15. It will air everywhere in the country except for the Denver and Oakland regions.
If its a 1pm game it can only go to 415 not night game. All 4 or 415 games can go to 8pm. There is an link somewhere on NFL.com that says it.
Tommorow night will be the 5th time this season the Jets play a primetime game. I'm pretty sure a team cannot play in more than 5 primetime games in one regular season. Thus, I'm pretty sure that there is no chance that ANY remaining Jets games get flexed to sunday night.
