Oh yeah baby... who needs Feely? who needs Rackers? We got Stitser... and there ain't nothing you can do about it -.-"...

All jokes aside he has been out of the league for two years (never kicked in the NFL) and was a Fresno State alumn... just a TC leg IMO... someone to give Folk a little competition.

Can't wait for announcers to screw this guy's name up and say "Clit Sizzle"

I have done some research... it says he's been out of the league 2 years... but he graduated in 2007... add 2 years (2008, 2009)... this means he actually NEVER kicked in the NFL!!! We really must have a lot of faith in Feely... this guy never kicked in the league and was 12-for-19 in his senior year...

Right now, my thoughts are that not re-signing Feeley is becoming a bigger blunder more than ever now

I can't believe we're worried about and/or looking around for a kicker at this point in time. Don't we have more pressing needs? For God's Sake man....

I wouldn't underestimate the importance of a reliable kicker on a team who plays strong D and has a QB in his 2nd year... plus we don't have many so called Red Zone targets...

The Jets finally get a Bulldog and it's fucking Clint Stitser.

The guy was terribly in accurate at Fresno.

Plenty of games are lost by missed FGs. They may only be on the field for 1:00 of every game, but don't discount the importance of a quality kicker.

We were safe with Feely. This whole thing is bogus.

I hate having to worry about special teamers but Tanny is making it an issue.

Stit had a hell of a leg, but he's not accurate at all.

I'm wondering if he'll be a kickoff specialist?

Maybe in this 2 years off he's worked on his accuracy... he was around 73% in college which isn't all that good...

i agree that we are going to crazy over kickers. yes it is very important to have and can win us or lose us game but it is to early to start worrying now. we have a whole field of kickers that are coming out of college that are going to go undrafted we can bring in and work out

Believe me, man...I know his accuracy is terrible.

I specifically remember him missing two huge kicks against Texas A&M. This is when A&M was a pretty good team with Stephen McGee, Mike Goodson, and Javorskie Lane. Fresno ended up losing to them 47-45 in OT.

Now that I'm remembering all of this - fuck this guy.

Don't bother. No one seems to be able to look beyond 2 weeks in the future on this point

I've been thinking about why we brought this inaccurate kicker in off the streets. In all honestly, I think our coaching staff signed him to get some insight into elite special team coverages and formations.

Pat Hill is arguably the best special teams coach in all of college football. Fresno's blocked more kicks than any team since Hill's been in charge. Also, we've been one of the best return teams in the country for quite some time. Guys like Clifton Smith and AJ Jefferson are very talented players, but the schemes made them look a lot better.

Stitser might also have some valuable information on late round punting prospect Robert Malone. Look, I know he's a punter, but this kid is a special player at his position.

To sum this up: Stitser could be the kicker version of Kevin O'Connell.

Or they just found a cheap FA that they can use to push Folk in camp and get rid of the second a better option becomes available around...say...april 25th.
