Hello TGG nation- We are looking into taking the trip to San Diego and I couldn't remember if the Jets offered a package directly from them. I know jetsgetaways.com does, but they aren't affiliated with the Jets, right?? http://www.jetsgetaways.com/events/jets-vs-chargers Do any of you know any trip package places to go this game from the Jets or any other place. Thanks for any help provided- Sorry if this is not meant for its own thread-
I was looking to go and honestly you can do better getting it done yourself... But if you can get a group for the Quad then that is actually a good deal depending on the Game tix! If they stick you w/$20 Nosebleeds then that'll suck...
Jet insider had double occupancy with 2 nights for $999 Package Includes: -Roundtrip non-stop airfare from NY or Newark. -Airport transfers -2 nights at the deluxe DoubleTree San Diego. -Guraranteed Game ticket -All taxes and gratuities All for $999. per person (double occupancy). Land only rates at $499.
By the land only do you know if that is train or bus?? A bus trip cross country would be hell- The trip back would be even worse if things don't go our way-
I don't think it means by land, I believe it means sans the airfare... IOW, you get there on your own
You might be right, just plan this on our own. It doesn't state where the tix are, that's scary. Spend thousands of dollars to sit in the UD would be pointless. Orbitz and Priceline here we come.
I found several much better deals on expedia, ranging from $478-859 (before ticket prices of course).
Is that with hotel because the cheapest tickets on stubhub are $138 before fees and those are upper deck. Plaza seats are $199 for end zone before fees.
i wouldn't worry too much about where the seats are. Half the SD fans will be headed for their cars by half time and you can sit anywhere after that.
I'm not trying to sound like a troll but $1000 seems expensive. I mean $400 Most for Round trip Plane tickets. Then Hotel for 2 nights is another $200 depending on where your staying. And then the Game ticket would be like $200 but it really depends where you want to sit.
