Playoff Picture going into Week 15 1st Seed: Broncos 11-3 (Clinched playoff spot) 2nd Seed: Patriots 10-3 3rd Seed: Bengals 9-4 4th Seed: Colts 8-5 (Clinched AFC South) 5th Seed: Chiefs 10-3 6th Seed: Ravens 7-6 7th Seed: Dolphins 7-6 8th Seed: Chargers 7-7 9th Seed: Jets 6-7 10th Seed: Titans 5-8
If we want the 6 seed, its for the taking. Currently we are tied with the Chargers for the last spot. The Chargers have to play both the Broncos x2 and Chiefs x2. If the Jets can play like they are a capable of, they will be in the playoffs.
Only thing I am worried about is that Titans loss. Lets hope they do not start winning because that can really come back to haunt us.
Why not table this until the next four games are in the books. If we are still in it then we will have an easy final 5 games.
How many wins do you think it would take to get the last Wild Card spot? How many wins to win the AFC East?
All of our losses have come against AFC teams. Meaning our conference record is 2-3. But our division record is 2-1 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
I like this thread....it should be updated after every week, maybe post the records of all the AFC teams by division with the current leaders highlighted.
No reason not to start looking at the AFC Playoff Race... I am not getting ahead of myself at all.. It is nice to see where we stand and discuss who we need to lose/win each week.
It's only been 6 games, and I don't want to sound like a Debby Downer. I think we need to continue to worry about ourselves as a team instead of everyone else. We need to put together 2 good games in a row. Can the Jets do that first?
nice, Jets are definitely in the mix. Defense is solid and offense is good, but unpredictable with mistakes from Geno. Cut out the mistakes (by Geno and Rex) and we have a fighting chance
