Old goats like me still remember the jets from the 70s. I saw that former jets QB Bill Demory recently passed away. He started a game for the jets in 1973 and completed only1 pass all game. But his 13 yard completion to David Knight was good enough to set up Bobby Howfield's winning field goal as the jets beat the Pats.
