This is dumb -- as a fan, what are your damages? At most, the face value of your ticket. Beli should face the consequences for cheating (i.e.: suspension for starters). Suing is not worth the time or money, nor am I convinced you even have the right.

We should sue them for charging full price for pre season games and then playing nobody. That's a bigger theft of the American dollar than this.

this is not dumb at all, my father paid a lot of money for him and my 2 lil bros to fly out from minnesota as well as me from pittsburgh, we flew out for the sole purpose of the game, a game that was not the product the nfl promises

Oh well you did see a product of the NFL. How does anyone know they were acually using what they got. Im not a Pats fan Im a Jets fan the Jets got beat out right. Increased radio freqs and video doesnt score 38 points and hold the offense to 14 . The Jets got beat the NFL is not going to take a win and a loss from two teams so get over it move on . These people suing are just going to make an ass out of themselves. They bought something that got deliveried as advertised. Its not like the game got cancelled and the NFL said their would be no rebate and their is no make up date. Come on. I agree the what the Pats did was wrong . But no one has proven that they have used this tape during the game..
