I was offered: RB Shonn Greene WR Jerricho Cotchery For: WR Braylon Edwards What do you think? Current Lineup QB Philip Rivers RB Michael Turner RB Joseph Addai WR Brandon Marshall WR Malcom Floyd WR Braylon Edwards TE Jermichael Finley K David Buehler DST 49ers QB Chad Henne RB Jason Snelling RB Donald Brown WR Robert Meachem DST Bengals I've been shopping the bolded players.
To me, this trade is all about long-term for me. I see Edwards and Addai losing value as the year goes on with Holmes and Brown getting more and more playing time. Greene's value is about as low as it could get right now. His value should go up as the year goes on. Cotchery is pretty irrelevant to this trade. Meachem is doing nothing right now and Edwards has lit it up the past two weeks.
Tough one. Depends on how you think the team is gonna evolve as the year goes on. Do they get back to ground and pound or are they gonna let Sanchez play with all of his new toys?
^^^ Like he said^^^ I believe it boils down to this, Bray for Greene. When Holmes comes back will that enhance or diminish Braylon's value? If L.T. keeps it up will Greene get a chance to shine? If you believe Santonio will hurt Edwards' numbers and think Greene will make an impact later in the season then take the trade A.S.A.P IMHO
